FAQs
A few things worth knowing.
Answers for Buyers, property businesses and their clients.
Can I browse without signing in?
Yes. Search and public Project details are available without a Buyer account. Saving a property, sending an enquiry or submitting a request requires verified WhatsApp sign-in.
Do Buyers pay to use the product?
Buyer accounts and the current discovery and enquiry features are free. There are no purchase or rental payments through the product in this release.
Why do I need a WhatsApp code?
The code verifies your number before an account action. If you are new, we ask for your name after verification. Returning Buyers keep their session for a limited time and can sign out whenever they need.
Can I use my organisation number as a Buyer?
Official organisation numbers are separate from personal Buyer accounts. Use your personal number to look for property as a Buyer.
What does a reviewed Project mean?
Its submitted plans and property details have passed the platform's moderation workflow and the Workspace has explicitly released that version. It does not replace your own checks of title, approvals, measurements or transaction terms.
Are map plans a legal boundary record?
No. An aligned plan helps you understand location and layout. Confirm boundaries and dimensions through the relevant survey, records and qualified professionals.
Why is a saved property no longer available?
A Workspace may withdraw a release, change availability, or have access suspended. Your wishlist can retain the reference while the listing itself is unavailable.
How do private client Projects work?
A verified Workspace shares specific released updates or documents with your verified number. They appear in Shared with me. Drafts stay internal, and access can expire or be revoked.
Can I change a visit time?
A Workspace can suggest a new time. Review it in Visits, then accept or decline it. You can cancel an active visit request.
How do I correct or delete account information?
Edit available personal fields in Profile. For other corrections, access or deletion, submit a Privacy request. A submitted request is not treated as a completed deletion.
