Account and contact information
A verified WhatsApp number identifies your account. Personal profiles include your name and any optional contact information you provide. The application keeps verified contact details encrypted in storage and uses protected sessions for account access.
Enquiries, visits and private sharing
When you send an enquiry or request a visit, the property's Workspace receives your name, your message and your verified WhatsApp number, so they can reply. Your number is shared with that enquiry or visit only. The Workspace can see it while the enquiry or visit is active, and for up to 90 days after it closes or ends. To remove it sooner, make a privacy request.
Your enquiries and visit requests are also available to authorised administrators. A private Project or document is visible only through an effective share and is subject to withdrawal, expiry and revocation. Administrators have audited access to business records for moderation and support.
Property teams see anonymous daily view counts for their Project and property pages, which contain no personal data.
Services used by the product
The product uses Supabase and Vercel for its application services, direct Meta WhatsApp delivery for verification codes, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Google Maps and Places for location features. Opening a map loads Google's service. Nearby searches run when you request them.
Session controls and requests
Sign out on the current device or on all devices from your account. Submit an access, correction or deletion request in Privacy requests, including a request to remove your number from an enquiry or visit. We will review the request and applicable record-retention needs before confirming its outcome. Retention periods and the operator contact will be finalised before public launch.
