Listing guidelines

Useful listings begin with accurate details.

Give Buyers information they can understand, check and follow up on.

Represent the property accurately

Use current availability, a clear sale or rental price basis and the actual location. Distinguish land area, built-up area and carpet area. Mark information as unavailable if it is unknown. Do not imply ownership, permissions or approvals that have not been established.

Use material you can share

Upload authorised photographs and plans. Distinguish rendered images from actual photographs. Keep personal documents and internal client material private; share only the specific documents the recipient should receive.

Keep published information current

Submit plans, alignment and property-detail changes for review. Explicitly publish changes to ordinary content, price and availability. Withdraw a listing if it should no longer be offered.

Report a concern

Use Report listing on a Project if details seem inaccurate or inappropriate. Explain the concern without including unnecessary personal information. Administrators can review the record and take action.
