How it works
From setup to sharing, in four steps.
Set up once. Every Project, drawing and client share then lives in the same Workspace.
Step 1
Create your Workspace
Register your business as an Organisation with its official WhatsApp number.
Step 2
Verify your Organisation
Add the applicable business details. Verification is required before you publish publicly or share with a client.
Step 3
Add a Project and drawings
Upload supported plans and drawings, place them on the map and add the plots or units that make up your inventory.
Step 4
Publish publicly or share privately
Submit a revision for review and publish the approved version for Buyers, or share a private design update with your client.

What you prepare stays inside your Workspace until you decide who sees it: Buyers in Explore, or one client at a time.

Organisations are verified before they publish publicly or share work with a client.
Private access for each client
A shared Project opens only for the verified WhatsApp number you shared it with.

Private designs never appear in Explore or public search. Working drafts stay inside your Workspace.
You choose what each client sees
Share the updates and documents you select, client by client. Access can be withdrawn.
Who can create a Workspace?
Property businesses, such as developers, builders, architects and design studios. Register your business as an Organisation with its official WhatsApp number and the applicable legal details. Workspaces are for businesses only at the moment.
Do I need to be verified?
Yes. Business verification is required before you publish a Project publicly or share work with a client. Working drafts stay inside your Workspace.
When does a new version go live?
Submit a specific revision for review. After it is approved, you decide when to publish it. A new draft does not replace an existing release until you publish it.
Will private designs appear in Explore?
No. A private design update is visible only to the clients you share it with. It never appears in Explore or public search, and access can expire or be withdrawn.
What does my client need?
Your client signs in with the WhatsApp number you shared the Project with. In Shared with me they see the latest update, what changed, earlier updates, and can send feedback.
Are map plans a legal boundary record?
No. An aligned plan helps Buyers understand location and layout. Boundaries and dimensions are confirmed through the relevant survey, records and qualified professionals.
Can I use my organisation number as a Buyer?
Official organisation numbers are separate from personal Buyer accounts. Use your personal number to look for property as a Buyer.
