Guidance values across Karnataka were last revised from 1 October 2023. In February 2026 the state was reported to be planning a rise of 15% to 20% from 1 April 2026, and in May 2026 a law firm noted that no revision had been issued. As of 31 October 2026 we have not found a notification of new values.
A revision raises stamp duty and the registration fee wherever the guidance value is above the price. Check the current rate on Kaveri before you agree a price, and see Guidance value. We will post an update when new values are notified.
